Looking back through Janine & Richard’s wedding at St Stephen’s in Hampstead, I can’t help but be reminded of the things that I really loved, and which have remained with me in the months since the wedding. Firstly, how infectiously positive and relaxed Janine was. Now, I’ve come across some relaxed Bride’s in my time, but none so chilled that they’re willing to discard their wedding shoes an hour before the ceremony because they’re “not comfy enough”…
After leaving Janine’s family home with a select group of family and friends, we headed to the architecturally stunning St Stephen’s, where the ceremony and reception were taking place. It’s crazy to think that such a beautiful building could remain derelict and neglected for so many years, but thankfully the local community in Hampstead pulled together and helped to restore it to it’s former majestic glory.
The rest of the day we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine, and that, along with the chilled atmosphere and the amazing welcome I received from everyone, made this such an awesome wedding to be a part of. Thanks so much again Janine and Richard, and hope you all enjoy looking through…
