I have to admit I’ve got a new found love for barn weddings. Sophie and Greg’s was the second one I’ve done in as many months and I couldn’t help but be completely blown away by the immense effort they put in to turn Littlebourne Barn (a HUGE empty space), into a warm, inviting and creatively decorated venue for over 160 of their family and friends. I was seriously taken-aback when I first walked in, and I had to go into over-drive to make sure all those amazing details were captured.
But it wasn’t just the details inside the barn which they got right – the general ambience of the day was just perfect. There was the singer and guitar duo playing chilled out tunes on the grass outside the barn; snazzily dressed guests relaxing on hay bales; and of course Sophie and Greg, who set the tone for the day by being one of the most chilled out couple’s I’ve had the good fortune of meeting and photographing. Really loved being a part of this day.
